Making A Purchase
Shopping at Suzy Lou Lingerie could not be easier. Just browse through the store and make your selections, add them to your basket and head to the checkout and pay through our secure payment system with HSBC Bank. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Delta, Electron, Solo and Switch. We also accept cheques and Postal Orders. Cheques should be made payable to My Cheeky Minx Ltd.
We currently only accept payments for deliveries to United Kingdom and Ireland. Payment will be made to our parent company My Cheeky Minx Ltd.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Delivery
We carry a considerable amount of merchandise and subject to availability we seek to dispatch all orders within 48 hours for delivery within 2-3 days, however certain items can take up to 7 days.
In the event of that a product is currently out of stock, you will be notified as soon as possible, and we would expect to get your goods to you within a few days or up to 28 days. We do try to advise you of out of stock items, but at times there maybe an overlap . This is rare but should be mentioned to avoid disappointment.
We currently only deliver to the UK and Ireland.
All parcels are mailed in discreet plain parcels.

We charge £2.50 for a Gift Wrapping Service, simply press the GIFT WRAP option at the checkout.
Returns
Suzy Lou Lingerie wants you to be happy with both our products and our service, and we do offer a full money back guarantee. Should you find any item to be unsuitable or you require an exchange, you must return the item to us within 14 days (complete with all original packing and labels intact). We cannot accept returns on thongs, briefs, g strings and hosiery due to hygiene reasons.
Delivery charges will not be refunded in the case of a return, however replacement items will not be charged again for delivery. Charges for postage of returned goods will be paid by the sender and when posting goods it is advisable to keep proof of postage. We do not refund the cost of gift wrapping, or gift boxes.

All return items shipped via our free of carriage charge will be subject to a £2.95 handling charge.
